Arm Lift (Male)
Tighter arms

Defined arms — tailored to the male physique
Excess upper arm skin following significant weight loss can't be resolved through strength training or diet. A brachioplasty removes the surplus for a firmer, cleaner arm contour. At Surgical Suites of Beverly Hills, male arm lift is performed in a private OR with a team experienced in body contouring for male patients.

What is a male arm lift?
Brachioplasty removes excess skin and fat from the inner upper arm, from elbow to armpit, and tightens the remaining tissue for a smoother contour. Liposuction can be combined for additional fat reduction. The incision runs along the inner arm in a location hidden in natural shadow. The procedure is performed under general anesthesia and takes 1–2 hours. Most patients return home the same day.

Arm lift is performed under general anesthesia, administered by a board-certified anesthesiologist.
A scar along the inner arm from elbow to armpit is expected. For male patients, this is typically positioned along the inner arm where it is not visible from the front. Scars fade over 12–18 months.
Liposuction is appropriate for patients with good skin elasticity and primarily excess fat. Patients with loose skin require excision. Your surgeon will assess your anatomy and advise the right approach.
Most patients take 1–2 weeks off work. Arms should be kept elevated to reduce swelling. Upper-body strenuous activity is restricted for 4–6 weeks.
