Breast Lift with Implants
Enhanced volume

Two goals. One surgical plan.
For patients who want both improved position and added fullness, a breast lift with implants achieves both in a single operation. This combination procedure is one of the most commonly performed — and most transformative — in cosmetic breast surgery. At Surgical Suites of Beverly Hills, your surgery is performed in a private, fully equipped OR with a team experienced in complex breast procedures.

What is a breast lift with implants?
A mastopexy-augmentation combines the reshaping and elevation of a breast lift with the volume enhancement of implants. The lift addresses ptosis (sagging) and repositions the nipple; the implant restores or adds upper-pole fullness. Because both procedures are performed simultaneously, the surgical planning requires careful coordination. The procedure is done under general anesthesia and typically takes 3–4 hours. Most patients return home the same day.
- Improved breast position and shape in a single procedure
- Added volume and upper-pole fullness
- Repositioned nipple and areola to a natural, youthful location
- One recovery period instead of two
- Highly customizable — implant type, size, and lift technique tailored to you
- Long-lasting, proportionate results
- Eliminates the flatness that can result from lift alone
- Performed in a private, surgical suite
- Adults with breast sagging combined with a desire for increased volume
- Patients after pregnancy, breastfeeding, or significant weight loss
- Those unsatisfied with breast shape, position, and size simultaneously
- Women who have completed childbearing (though not a requirement)
- Non-smokers, or those who can stop well in advance of and after surgery
- Patients at or near a stable, healthy weight
- Those who understand this is a more complex procedure than lift or augmentation alone
- Adults who have received a detailed consultation and surgical clearance
